Production Operator – $19/hr DOE Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotation Location: Mills River, NC Full-Time | Onsite

A growing manufacturing company in Mills River is seeking Production Operators to join their day shift team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that actively promotes from within. Many of their Team Leads and Supervisors started in this role.

In this position, you’ll be trained on multiple machines and develop skills that allow you to grow within the production team.

Machines You’ll Train On

• Grinder • Slitter • Packager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up machines and make adjustments as needed • Load materials into production equipment • Monitor the production process to maintain quality standards • Inspect products during production • Help maintain machines and keep the production area running smoothly • Assist the team with other tasks as needed

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM • 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days) • Alternating weekends built into the schedule

What They’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and quality • Ability to stay active throughout the shift • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
