DOT Driver (Non-CDL) - Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and safety-minded DOT Non-CDL Driver to join our team. This role requires operating company vehicles under 26,000 lbs. while following all DOT regulations and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: • Safely operate non-CDL box trucks, vans, or delivery vehicles under 26,000 lbs. • Complete deliveries and pickups according to daily schedules. • Perform accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report mechanical issues promptly. • Load, unload, and secure products or materials as needed. • Maintain required DOT documentation, including logs, vehicle checklists, and delivery paperwork. • Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, delays, or concerns. • Represent the company professionally at all customer locations. Requirements: • Valid driver's license meeting DOT requirements; clean MVR. • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol testing. • Comfortable lifting, loading, and maneuvering freight as needed. • Strong understanding of basic DOT rules and safe driving practices. • Good customer service and communication skills. Preferred: • Experience driving box trucks, flatbed pickups, or similar non-CDL commercial vehicles. • Prior delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience.
