General Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on job sites, including site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and supporting skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform general labor tasks such as site cleanup, debris removal, and material organization • Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades as needed • Load and unload materials and tools • Operate basic hand and power tools safely • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors General Laborer job highlights: • Competitive pay, plus potential for some overtime What we look for: • Candidates that can safely lift up to 50 lbs • Strong hand eye coordination • Experience with hand tools/ power tools • Working in construction is a plus Physical Requirements/Experience Needed: • Lift, carry, push and or pull 50 lbs. • Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently. • Sit, stand and walk for 1 - 10 hours per day. • Ability to work in all weather • Professional demeanor when interacting Benefits Express Offers: • Health Insurance, medical, dental, vision, Short-term disability, Term Life • 401K • Holiday Pay
