Event Warehouse & Field Support Associates We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our event rental team. We have opportunities available for both warehouse associates and field laborers who help prepare, load, deliver, and set up rental equipment for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other special occasions. Warehouse Associates will be responsible for preparing rental items for upcoming events by pressing linens, cleaning and polishing dishes, glassware, and serving pieces, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment. Field Laborers will assist with loading and unloading trucks, delivering rental equipment to event locations, setting up tables, chairs, tents, and other event items, and helping with event breakdown and returns. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor throughout the day. Responsibilities: • Clean, polish, and prepare dishes, glassware, silverware, and event equipment • Press, fold, and organize linens • Load and unload rental equipment and supplies • Assist with event setup and breakdown at customer locations • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment • Work effectively as part of a team to meet event deadlines • Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers Requirements: • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday • Heavy lifting • Reliable transportation and strong attendance • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience in warehouse, event setup, moving, hospitality, catering, food service, or general labor is helpful but not required • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team This position is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in event setup, catering, food service, warehouse operations, moving services, hospitality, construction labor, or general labor who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and take pride in preparing memorable events.
