Client Support Representative

Location: Libertyville, IL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20–$22/hr Employment Type: Temp‑to‑Hire, Full‑Time

This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment supporting customers, internal teams, and daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts while maintaining accurate records and delivering high‑quality customer service

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls (approximately 40+ per day, higher during peak seasons)

• Respond to email and chat inquiries promptly and professionally

• Enter and process customer orders accurately within internal systems

• Support logistics and shipping operations, including scheduling pickups and preparing Bills of Lading

• Answer questions related to products, payments, refunds, and order status

• Reconcile freight invoices and resolve billing discrepancies

• Prepare, review, and maintain reports, records, and operational data

• Provide administrative and account support to the Sales and Customer Service teams

• Invoice customers using QuickBooks and assist with end‑of‑month billing

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (associate degree or some college coursework preferred)

• 1–3 years of customer service or administrative support experience

• High level of customer service focus with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

• CRM and data entry experience preferred

• QuickBooks experience a plus

• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
