Position Details • Status: Full-Time • 24/hr + DOE • Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, music-friendly shop

Key Responsibilities • Program CNC machines using MasterCam • Set up and operate 5-axis Mills, live-tooling Lathes, and Wire EDM machines • Read and interpret complex blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings • Execute jobs independently with minimal supervision and high precision • Maintain tight tolerances through in-process and final inspections • Troubleshoot machining challenges and optimize processes • Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and quality • Oversee projects from start to finish — from print interpretation to machining, polishing, and final presentation • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Qualifications • 5+ years of CNC machining experience or equivalent advanced skill level • High proficiency with MasterCam • Proven experience operating 5-axis milling machines • Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and precision machining principles • Ability to critically think, troubleshoot, and develop effective solutions • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow • Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changeovers
