1st Shift Assembler

Now Hiring: General Assemblers – McAllen, TX, South Area Pay: $12.80/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary depending on workload) Flexibility Required: Must be available to work Saturdays and adjust to changing hours Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. The assembler will be lifting and moving up to 50 lbs of materials often and responsible for assembling parts, components, or products in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards, and any other duties assigned. Key Responsibilities: • Assemble products or components according to instructions or blueprints • Use hand tools, power tools, or machines as needed • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy • Report any defects or malfunctions to supervisors • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times • Assist with other tasks in the production line as needed • Assist with maintenance duties and other production tasks as needed Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) • Previous manufacturing/warehouse or assembly experience • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. often • Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with hours • Maintenance experience How to Apply: • Please apply, then call our office at 956-664-9675 and ask to speak with Andy, Jose or Karen! #McAllen
