Machine Operator / Production Operator (Manufacturing) Location: McAllen, TX (South Area) Pay: $13.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Position Summary Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in South McAllen. This role involves operating industrial machinery in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and seeking a long-term opportunity. Job Duties • Operate and monitor industrial machines such as metal stamping, plastic molding, or similar equipment • Load materials and ensure proper machine setup for production runs • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met • Make basic adjustments to machines to maintain performance • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines • Assist with general production and warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications • Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or warehouse setting required • Experience with metal stamping, plastic molding, or similar machinery preferred • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety How to Apply • If interested, please call 956-664-9675 to speak with Jose, Andy or Karen!
