Stacker / Warehouse Associate (Cold Storage)

Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Cold Storage Environment) $10.00 per hour McAllen, TX Schedule: • Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM • 1–2 days off per week depending on workload, 40+ hours weekly Job Summary:Express is seeking reliable and hardworking candidates to join our team as Warehouse Associates. This role requires working in a cold storage environment and performing heavy lifting. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: • Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. • Transport materials and items from receiving areas to storage or designated locations. • Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to size, type, style, color, or product code. • Store perishable goods in refrigerated rooms while maintaining proper handling procedures. • Fulfill requisitions, work orders, or stock requests and distribute materials as needed. • Assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipment by placing them on pallets or shelves. • Perform stretch wrapping of products for secure transport. • Assist with tracking and recording incoming and outgoing inventory. • Compile worksheets or tickets based on customer orders. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. • Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors. • Operate warehouse equipment as needed to support operations. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
