Forklift Operator / Material Handler (Warehouse & Shipping) Location: McAllen, TX Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Rotating Saturdays) Position SummaryWe are seeking experienced Forklift Operators / Material Handlers to support warehouse and shipping operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves receiving, inspecting, and moving raw materials, as well as processing inventory using systems like Oracle and RF scanners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in both forklift operation and inventory processes. Job Duties • Operate forklifts to move raw materials, pallets, and equipment throughout the warehouse • Load and unload trailers and transport materials to designated areas • Inspect incoming materials using packing lists to verify accuracy • Enter inventory data into Oracle systems and update shipment records • Use RF scanners and computer systems to track materials and orders • Open containers, crates, and pallets to verify contents • Perform trailer inspections and ensure proper loading procedures • Communicate and send shipment information to internal teams as needed Qualifications • Previous forklift and material handling experience required • Experience with inventory systems (Oracle preferred) and RF scanners • Basic computer skills, including email communication • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating Saturdays • Ability to lift and move materials as needed How to Apply • If you have the experience and are ready to interview, please call 956-664-9675 and ask to speak with Andy, Beto or Karen!
