Job Duties: • Responsible for managing insurance billing and claims for multiple levels of care • Ensuring accurate submission and follow-up on all services rendered • Oversee credentialing processes, including contracts, compliance tracking, audits, and maintenance of licensure and accreditation standards • Provide support for federal program documentation, administrative coordination, and operational duties as assigned • Ensure timely and accurately claims submission, payment posting, and resolution of denials to maintain clean billing cycles • Maintain current credentialing, licensing, and compliance standards in alignment with regulatory and insurance requirements • Manage credentialing, compliance tracking, and regulatory documentation with accurancy • Maintain spreadsheets and record systems Requirements: • Must have high school diploma or equivalent • Postsecondary administrative support is required • Prior exposure to credentialing, audits, or behavioral health or clinical billing environments is strongly preferred • Experience in resolving claims • Experience in medical billing, insurance claims management, or healthcare administrative support is required • Position is primarily sedentary and requires extended periods of sitting and computer use • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy • Must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and able to work independently under supervision • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential • Strong knowledge of insurance billing, claims processing, and EOB/ERA reconciliation • Able to use computer and computer programs Work Hours: 8am to 4:45pm Monday - Friday Call our AI recruiter today to apply and complete the application process 870-613-9713
