Express Employment Professionals is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Employment Specialist to join our successful Roanoke team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping job seekers find rewarding employment while partnering with local businesses to meet their workforce needs.

What You'll Do

• Create a welcoming and professional experience for job seekers from their first interaction through successful placement.

• Interview, screen, evaluate, and match candidates with employment opportunities that fit their skills and career goals.

• Build relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and workforce challenges.

• Support recruiting initiatives through job postings, social media outreach, networking, and community engagement.

• Partner closely with our Business Development team to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

• Manage multiple job openings and candidate pipelines while meeting placement goals and deadlines.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates, clients, and team members throughout the hiring process.

• Provide outstanding customer service while representing the Express Employment Professionals brand in the community.
