Job Summary Chemical Operators support production by accurately mixing and blending materials, following batch documentation, and maintaining safe, organized work areas. Responsibilities • Mix and blend chemicals per batch sheets • Follow documented procedures and safety standards • Support general production tasks as needed Training & Growth • Paid, hands-on training provided • Cross-training available across processes • Long-term roles for dependable operators who demonstrate accuracy and reliability What We’re Looking For • Team-minded and dependable • Comfortable following detailed instructions • Mechanical or electrical aptitude helpful • Prior chemical manufacturing experience is a plus Requirements • Ability to read and follow batch sheets and MSDS • Familiarity with PPE, including respirators • Strong time management and attention to detail
