Restoration Technician / General Labor
Rock Hill, SC 1st Shift | $18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
A growing restoration company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Rock Hill area is adding dependable team members to its team. What You'll Do: Restoration Technician / General Labor • Assist with water damage restoration projects in homes and office buildings • Perform mold remediation and cleanup services • Remove damaged materials and prepare areas for restoration work • Pack, inventory, transport, and clean customer belongings as needed • Operate restoration equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment • Assist with demolition, reconstruction, and general labor tasks • Provide professional customer service while working on client sites
Qualifications: Restoration Technician / General Labor • Previous construction, restoration, remodeling, or general labor experience preferred • Knowledge of hand and power tools • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions • Basic math and measurement skills • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
