A skilled Press Operator is needed to manage advanced printing processes, ensuring production runs efficiently and meets strict quality standards. This role involves machine setup, troubleshooting, and consistent output aligned with company performance targets. Key Responsibilities Press Operator • Set up, operate, and adjust printing equipment for a variety of complex jobs • Monitor production to maintain quality, efficiency, and KPI expectations • Troubleshoot issues during runs and make necessary adjustments • Perform basic machine upkeep, including lubrication and minor part replacement • Submit requests for major repairs when needed • Maintain an organized workspace using 5S practices • Report equipment concerns promptly to leadership or maintenance • Complete all production documentation accurately and on time • Rotate across multiple presses and assist where needed Qualifications Press Operator • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability • Solid math skills and ability to measure accurately using a ruler • Clear vision and the ability to distinguish colors (color test required) • Ability to concentrate on detailed work for extended periods • Effective communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English) • Team-focused mindset with a willingness to step into leadership when needed • Positive attitude and readiness to learn different processes and equipment Work Environment & Expectations Press Operator • Fast-paced production setting • Emphasis on safety, organization, and continuous improvement • Team collaboration is essential to meet production goals Press Operator
