We are hiring an Executive Recruiter focused on Professional Services and Skilled Trades, with full ownership of business development, client management, and delivery.

This is a true 360 role with a strong emphasis on business development, candidate generation, and full-cycle recruitment.

Our office has been a trusted presence in the region for over 20 years, with established client relationships, active accounts, and ongoing job flow. You will have the opportunity to build on that foundation by growing existing accounts while developing new business and expanding your footprint in the market.

What you will be doing: • Building and developing client relationships through consistent outbound activity and consultative sales • Managing full-cycle recruitment across direct hire and contract placements • Sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates daily across multiple verticals • Building and maintaining a pipeline of active candidates and contractors (COB) • Managing job orders with urgency, accuracy, and accountability • Partnering closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver strong matches

What success looks like: • You generate consistent client activity and convert conversations into job orders • You build and maintain a strong contractor base on billing (COB) and a pipeline of fee-eligible candidates • You move quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities effectively • You take ownership of your desk and treat it like a business • You contribute to a strong team environment while maintaining individual performance

What we are looking for: • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or inside sales • Comfortable with outbound business development and relationship building • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly • Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection and challenge • Organized, adaptable, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively

Compensation: • Base salary: $55,000–$70,000 • Uncapped commission structure • Typical first-year earnings: $75,000–$95,000 • Strong performers exceed $100,000+ as their desk builds • Benefits, profit sharing, and additional performance incentives
