Receiving Associate Location: Vancouver, WAPay: $19.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Vancouver, WA. This position plays a key role in ensuring incoming products are accurately received, inspected, and moved throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a cold storage environment and has experience with warehouse equipment and material handling. Key Responsibilities • Work primarily in the cold storage bay (30–40°F), which is colder than other warehouse areas • Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality • Operate electric pallet jacks and double fork pallet jacks safely and efficiently • Move pallets and product throughout the warehouse • Collect fruit samples as required for quality control processes • Inspect shipments and report discrepancies or damaged product • Maintain organized receiving and storage areas • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Required Skills • Experience operating pallet jacks • 1-2 years Warehouse and Production experience • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy Desired Qualities • Consistent attendance and reliability • Willingness to work overtime as needed • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements • Ability to lift 35–50 pounds regularly • Ability to bend, stoop, and twist throughout the workday • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 10–12 hour shifts • Comfortable working in refrigerated warehouse conditions Compensation & Benefits • $19.00 per hour • Full-time schedule with consistent hours • Overtime opportunities If you are dependable, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a warehouse environment, apply today to join our team as a Receiving Associate in Vancouver, WA.
