Shipping Associate Location: Vancouver, WAPay: $19.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team in Vancouver, WA. This role is responsible for supporting shipping operations in a cold storage environment, ensuring products are moved, verified, and prepared for shipment accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Work primarily in the cold storage bay (30–40°F), which is colder than other facility areas • Operate electric pallet jacks and double fork pallet jacks safely and efficiently • Move pallets throughout the warehouse and shipping areas • Collect fruit samples as required • Verify shipments for accuracy and completeness • Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies • Assist with additional shipping and warehouse duties as assigned Required Skills • Experience operating pallet jacks • 1-2 years recent Warehouse and production experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Desired Qualities • Reliable, with consistent attendance • Willingness to work overtime as needed • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements • Ability to lift 35–50 pounds regularly • Ability to bend, stoop, and twist throughout the shift • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 10–12 hour shifts • Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment Compensation & Benefits • $19.00 per hour • Consistent full-time schedule • Overtime opportunities If you are dependable, physically capable, and enjoy working in a warehouse environment, we encourage you to apply for this Shipping Associate opportunity in Vancouver, WA.
