Job Description
Direct hire Vehicle Engineering Technician opportunity in Sugar Land, TX with a land equipment and instruments manufacturer. The technician will support the build, test, and field deployment of large-scale specialized vehicles and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include assembly and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, prototype builds and system integrations, diagnostic and troubleshooting work, interpreting engineering drawings and schematics, and testing and validation. 5 to 10 or more years of hands-on heavy equipment, industrial vehicle, or diesel systems experience required. Associate's degree in Automotive Technology, Heavy Equipment Technology, or related field preferred. Onsite role with every other Friday off and overtime eligibility.
