Direct hire Accounting Manager opportunity in Humble, TX with a growing owner-led construction and manufacturing business. The Accounting Manager will oversee all day-to-day accounting functions, maintain general ledger and reconciliations, handle full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and credit card expense management, support external CPA and tax preparation, monitor cash flow, and partner directly with ownership. 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience and QuickBooks proficiency required. Construction, manufacturing, or project-based accounting experience is a plus. CPA is a plus but not required.
