Loan Servicing Representative Role:
The Loan Servicing Representative is a critical, detail-driven role responsible for managing day-to-day loan servicing and transactional workflows. This Loan Servicing Representative position focuses on accuracy, ownership, and efficiency in processing financial data and supporting internal teams.
• Posting payments and processing transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Supporting funding requests and ensuring timely delivery of reports to banking partners
• Managing invoicing and following up on outstanding balances
• Maintaining clean and accurate account records and resolving exceptions
• Performing reconciliation and identifying discrepancies in financial data
• Collaborating cross-functionally with accounting, customer success, and servicing teams
• Communicating professionally with customers when needed (low-touch interaction)
• Utilizing Excel and internal systems to manage and track data
Loan Servicing Representative Background Profile:
• 2–5 years of experience in loan servicing, banking, healthcare revenue cycle, or similar transactional/accounting roles
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Experience with payment posting, invoicing, or reconciliation work
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
