Frontline Source Group has partnered with a growing Scottsdale, AZ medical technology firm to place a hands-on Corporate Controller on a direct hire basis. The Controller will own the full accounting function, lead NetSuite ERP and GAAP compliance, and partner directly with the CEO on financial strategy. Responsibilities • Own the full accounting function including monthly close, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance • Oversee NetSuite ERP for data integrity and reporting • Manage AP, AR, payroll for approximately 60 employees, fixed assets, and general ledger • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and ASC 842 • Establish internal controls for a growing non-SOX environment • Partner directly with the CEO on financial strategy and decision support • Support budgeting, forecasting, insurance renewals, and strategic initiatives Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA or MBA preferred but not required • 8 to 10 plus years of progressive accounting experience • Prior Controller or senior Accounting Manager experience • Strong GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and ASC 842 • NetSuite or comparable ERP experience • Product-based or manufacturing industry background preferred Benefits • 4 weeks PTO • Medical PPO and HSA, dental, and vision • 401(k) with 3 percent match, immediate eligibility • Voluntary benefits including disability, pet insurance, and EAP
