Job Description
Real Estate Representative direct hire opportunity supporting a nonprofit retail real estate portfolio with nationwide footprint, based in Phoenix, AZ with a remote option available. Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating new retail shopping center sites, drafting and negotiating Letters of Intent, analyzing market rents, zoning, traffic counts, and demographics, managing deal pipeline across multiple markets, conducting market surveys and site presentations, serving as primary contact for listing brokers and property owners, organizing site tours, and representing the company at ICSC events and trade shows. Requires 5 plus years of commercial shopping center real estate experience, active ICSC membership, Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License (or ability to obtain within 60 days), strong LOI drafting and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet, and CoStar.
