Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor

Salary: $60, 000-$63, 000/YR.

Shift: 2nd and 3rd available

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL

Position Summary:

The QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality control operations within the distribution center. This role ensures product quality, inventory accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards while supervising QC processes and supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support daily quality control activities across the distribution center

Ensure product quality standards are maintained from receiving through shipping

Monitor dock temperatures and storage conditions to ensure food safety compliance

Maintain accurate finished goods and inventory counts

Review and track warehouse product rejections and maintain QC records

Ensure all required product documentation (PSIs) is accurate and properly uploaded in systems

Monitor vendor compliance and flag non-compliance issues for follow-up

Review and maintain public health inspection reports

Support food safety programs and ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards

Assist with audits, reporting, and special quality control projects

Collaborate with warehouse leadership to resolve quality-related issues

Qualifications:

Strong data entry and computer skills (MS Office, Excel, WMS systems)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments

Knowledge of distribution center operations and quality control processes

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (or willingness to be certified)

Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

Education & Experience:

Some college coursework in a related field preferred

Minimum of 3 5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience

Prior supervisory or lead experience in quality control or food distribution preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the shift

Comfortable working in varying temperature environments (including cold storage)

Work Environment:

This position operates in a distribution center environment with fluctuating temperatures and fast-paced operations.
