Job Summary

Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is seeking two Industrial Painters to join a small, dynamic team at a growing company in a brand-new facility in Caldwell, ID. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering a pathway to a permanent role with a company specializing in protective coatings for steel beams used in building construction.

Responsibilities

• Apply protective coatings to steel beams in accordance with client specifications.

• Ensure high-quality application of coatings to meet industry standards.

• Work collaboratively within a small team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; all training provided by the client.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
