Sales Representative

Santa Fe Springs, CA and Fort Myers, FL

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year (The position's salary is a draw + commission)

Job Type: Full-time

Client Details:

The company is a National distributor of Division 10 products including restroom partitions, accessories, lockers, visual display boards, flagpoles, replacement parts and more. Key Responsibilities Include: • Manage and grow customer base with a large geographic territory • Create & execute specific strategic plans to profitably grow the business • Attain revenue targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Director • Assist and guide customers in product selection and influence sales towards strategic brands • Continuous follow-up on assigned quotes • Quote to close ratio of 20% or greater • Evaluate, monitor, and resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner • Participate in construction site meetings as required to assist in issue resolution • Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information and share through company database • Provide timely and accurate forecasts on sales projections • Generate accurate and timely field reports • Participate in industry and promotional events Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Ability to communicate effectively in English • Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook • Good communication and writing skills • Good organizational skills • Ability to work independently and with a team • Ability to read and understand equipment operation manuals, Safety Data Sheets and other literature as required • Good mathematical skills • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Qualifications • Outside sales experience is a must • Carpentry skills preferred • Bachelor's degree in business preferred, not required

License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required)
