What your future day will look like:

• Process drop-ship purchase orders for assigned suppliers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with service level expectations. • Maintain current and accurate delivery timelines by updating ETAs on all open orders within SAP. • Monitor open orders to support timely shipment, invoicing, and issue resolution. • Clean up parked or blocked invoices to maintain accurate financial processing. • Collaborate closely with supplier partners and internal sales teams to support pipeline activity. • Serve as a reliable point of contact, responding to inquiries and supporting day-to-day purchasing operations.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with consistent attention to detail • Proficiency with Excel and comfort working in ERP systems • Experience supporting purchasing, supply chain, or distribution operations preferred • Ability to manage multiple open orders while meeting accuracy and timing expectations • Professional communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
