Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately packing products for shipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring orders are prepared safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities • Pack products accurately and efficiently according to order specifications • Inspect items for damage or defects before packing • Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping • Maintain a clean and organized packing area • Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines • Work closely with warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed (sorting, staging, light lifting) Qualifications • Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus, but not required • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Basic math and organizational skills • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 40–50 lbs) • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
