Job Description
Title: EEG Technician
Location: Edison, NJ- 08818 Duration: 38 Weeks Contract (Possibility of extension)
Shift: 9-5, Monday-Friday, must be open to cover 11p-7a. Weekends and Holidays as needed. On call required.
Pay Rate: $35/HOUR
Summary: • The EEG Technician is responsible for performing all varieties of electro neurophysiology monitoring as part of the Neurology or Epilepsy Surgery Program.
Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year of experience. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Completion of program at an accredited EEG school • 2 years’ experience in lieu of EEG school training. • In process of obtaining ABRET registration • Must have both inpatient and outpatient EEG experience. • Familiarity with client and Nihon Kohden systems Patient. • Population: EMU ICU Pediatric and adult patients.
