Job Description
Dispatcher for Commercial HVAC
•
Coordination and support to service techs
•
Develops and maintains relationships with the customers, liaison between customers and technicians
•
Schedule and dispatch field labor
•
Scheduling of preventive maintenance appointments
•
Issue PO's for jobs and parts needed
•
Preparation of invoices
•
Document control - maintaining records
•
Compile materials needed
•
Assist with preparation of reports, manuals, filing and other administrative task
Qualifications required to be considered: •
Commercial dispatching and customer service experience - minimum of 3-5 years
•
Must be very organized and strong attention to detail
•
Must have experience with conflict resolution and handle professionally
•
Education - minimum of a high school diploma or GED
•
Have reliable transportation
•
Pass background check and drug screen
