Job Description: Brand Designer, Production (Contract) We’re looking for a Brand Designer, Production (Contract) to join the team and help bring that work to life. This role is a core part of Brand Studio, working alongside designers, creative directors, strategists, illustrators, and producers to execute thoughtful, well-crafted design across a wide range of touchpoints. A lot of our work is based on existing brand guidelines and templates, but as we apply our brand to new contexts and platforms, it continues to grow and develop. That means we’re looking for someone who not only executes work with care and consistency, but who also has the design judgment to spot opportunities for improvement and make thoughtful adjustments that strengthen the work while still feeling unmistakably ***. Our team cares deeply about craft, and expects a high level of attention to detail across projects and disciplines. You’ll help produce a wide range of brand assets—from product visuals and marketing graphics to presentations and event materials—while also supporting design needs from teams across ***. You’ll also play an important role in innovating and maintaining the systems that help our brand scale, including our library for self-serve templates. What you’ll do - Produce branded visual assets across areas, including ad layouts, iconography, presentations, data visualization, emails, digital product visuals, etc. - Apply existing brand guidelines, templates, and systems to create polished, consistent work - Use your design judgment to refine layouts, typography, and visual details when opportunities arise, helping improve the work while staying true to the brand - Support a variety of design requests from teams across ***, particularly Integrated Marketing. This includes helping create executive presentations, graphics for internal communications, and design event and activation materials, among others. - Help manage and evolve our Figma Buzz library, keeping templates organized, updated, and easy for teams to use - Contribute to improving how teams self-serve brand assets, helping the brand scale across the company - Prepare files that are production-ready and optimized for digital, presentation, and print formats - Collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional partners to move projects forward smoothly What we’re looking for - 3–5+ years of experience in production design, brand design, or marketing design - Strong craft and attention to detail across typography, layout, and visual consistency - Comfort working within brand systems and established guidelines, while knowing when and how to make thoughtful refinements - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - Familiarity with AI tools that support the creative process (e.g., for image generation, iteration, prototyping, or production workflows), and an understanding of when and how to use them effectively - Curiosity and a point of view on how AI can accelerate and scale brand design, paired with the judgment to ensure the work still meets a high bar for craft - Experience preparing files for digital, presentation, and print production - Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple small projects and quick-turn requests - A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for supporting great design wherever it shows up - A portfolio that shows strong brand execution and attention to craft, with examples of marketing assets, presentations, or work built within a design system Nice to have - Experience maintaining template libraries or design systems in Figma - Familiarity with marketing production workflows - Experience producing event or experiential design material
