Join a leading healthcare services provider as an Administrative Assistant, where you will be a vital part of the Office support team assisting various hospital departments. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to thrive in this role.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Pay Range: $18.50 (day shift) or $19.50 (evening shift)
Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Support nursing, clerical, PCTA, and PCNAW staffing through daily and ongoing workflows.
• Coordinate daily staffing with the House Manager and keep staffing sheets updated throughout the shift.
• Assist with call-ins, manage incentive logs, and facilitate staffing communications.
• Support clerical workflows, including processing call-ins and updating assignment sheets.
• Participate in staffing adjustments and coordinate late release parking as necessary.
Qualifications:
• Ability to manage frequent updates and communication cycles using ANSOS and other systems.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with House Managers and staff.
• Experience in handling high call volumes and monitoring emails.
• Familiarity with shift handoff documentation and staffing finalization.
• Must be eligible to work or return to Michigan Medicine/University of Michigan.
• Able to comply with Michigan Medicine Immunization Compliance requirements (MMR, Varicella, TDaP, Annual Influenza, and TB test).
