Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a hardworking and meticulous Entry-Level Assembler to become a valued member of their production team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assembling high-quality products that align with customer specifications. Job Title: Entry-Level Assembler

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay Range: $22-26/hr +$2/hr shift premium for 2nd shift

Shift: 1st (6:00am - 2:30pm) and 2nd (2:30pm - 11:00pm)

What Will You Be Doing? • Accurately read and interpret job cards, engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to assemble custom products efficiently. • Operate a variety of equipment, machinery, and hand tools to create products that meet specified dimensions and quality standards. • Assemble components from different materials while ensuring compliance with established procedures and customer requirements. • Perform visual inspections and quality checks during assembly to promptly identify and resolve defects or inconsistencies. • Work closely with team members and supervisors to comprehend customer needs and provide constructive feedback on assembly processes.

What Do You Need to Succeed? • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification. • Ability to accurately read a ruler and tape measure. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Basic math skills with a keen attention to detail. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
