Role and Responsibilities: • Assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding restaurant cleanliness and equipment maintenance. • Filter oil fryers daily. • Maintain outside grounds. • Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms. • Unload delivery truck twice a week. • Take out and empty trash. • Change light bulbs. • Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
Required Skills and Experience: • Willingness to learn and perform physical maintenance duties. • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Reliability and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and equipment standards.
Preferred Qualifications: • Previous maintenance or janitorial experience is helpful but not required. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
