Job Description • Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion. • Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure successful delivery. • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to align project objectives and resolve issues effectively. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all project sites. • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. • Lead project teams, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. • Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial goals are met.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager - Healthcare focused should have: • Proven experience in managing construction projects within the healthcare industry is an absolute must! • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety protocols. • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • A degree or relevant certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
