About the Role:

We are hiring CNC Machinists at multiple levels to join our client's growing team! Openings are available on multiple shift, with competitive pay based on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced equipment in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift Availability:

• 1st shift: Monday – Thursday 5am-3:30pm

• 2nd shift: Monday – Thursday 3:30pm-2am

• Weekend: Fri/Sat/Sun 5am-5:30pm

Pay Range (Based on Experience):

• Entry Level: $22 – $24/hour (2+ years recent CNC experience)

• Mid Level: $25 – $29/hour

• Experienced: $30 – $40/hour

Key Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills and/or lathes).

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers.

• Perform quality checks with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

• Make machine adjustments and offsets to ensure parts meet specifications.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications of the CNC Machinist:

• Minimum 2 years of recent CNC machining experience required.

• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.

• Comfortable using precision measuring instruments.
