Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Opportunity - IN-HOUSE!
In-house National Organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support sophisticated real estate transactions, entity management, and legal administration.
The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing and summarizing transactional and financing documents, tracking critical dates and compliance obligations, coordinating with outside counsel, and managing high-volume legal documentation in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include: • 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience • Experience with PSAs, loan documents, title/survey review, and entity management • Experience with AI/legal technology tools and workflow automation platforms preferred • Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred
