Position Overview

Partners Personnel is seeking a highly organized and proactive Onsite Staffing Manager to oversee daily workforce operations at our client location. This role is responsible for managing contingent staff, ensuring optimal workforce performance, maintaining client relationships, and supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at problem-solving, communication, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and Partners • Manage daily attendance, scheduling, and shift assignments • Monitor employee performance, productivity, and compliance with workplace policies • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires • Address employee relations issues, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution • Maintain accurate records of hours worked, payroll data, and reporting metrics • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure staffing levels meet client demands • Conduct regular check-ins with client leadership to ensure satisfaction and identify needs • Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and company policies
