Shipping Associate – Join a Growing Manufacturing Team in Fresno! Are you ready to be a vital part of a dynamic manufacturing operation? Our local Fresno plant is seeking dependable Shipping Associates to ensure smooth and accurate handling of materials and orders. This temp-to-hire role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with weekend and overtime opportunities, perfect for hardworking individuals eager to contribute and grow. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering materials into inventory, monitoring shipments, sorting and stocking items, and assisting with order packaging. You'll also operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to keep our production line moving efficiently. Required Skills: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Previous warehouse or shipping experience Attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy Comfortable operating forklifts and cranes Nice to Have: Experience with inventory management systems Forklift certification Strong team player attitude Preferred Education and Experience: • High school diploma or GED • 1+ year in a warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing environment
