About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Detailer to join our team. This role focuses on making large trucks and vehicles look pristine—inside and out. Key Responsibilities • Exterior Detailing: Perform thorough washes, waxing, and polishing, including specialized aluminum brightening. • Interior Detailing: Deep clean and recondition vehicle interiors—upholstery, carpets, vinyl, and leather surfaces. • Paint & Finish: Correct paint imperfections and deliver a showroom-quality finish. • Equipment Use: Operate detailing tools, waxes, and cleaning agents safely and effectively. • Ensure that all tools and equipment are returned to designated areas before leaving each day. • Physical Demands: Work outdoors in varying weather conditions; frequent standing and movement required. • Ensure that bays remain clean at all times between jobs and between equipment movements in and out of the detail bays. Requirements & Qualities • Strong attention to detail and pride in creating exceptional vehicle appearances. • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic. • Prior detailing experience preferred, especially with large vehicles. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
