Warehouse Distribution Associate • Location: Houston, TX 77041 • Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour • Job Type: Full-Time

We are a straight distribution center, meaning we do not manufacture, assemble, or fabricate any products. Our daily operations are focused strictly on receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our operation, ensuring trucks are unloaded, inventory is stocked, and orders are pulled accurately. Because you will also be interacting with customers who come in to pick up their orders, a positive attitude and a friendly disposition are essential. Key Responsibilities • Safely unload incoming trucks, verify inventory, and stock items in their designated areas. • Pull and prepare orders for outgoing shipments and customer pick-ups. • Assist customers directly when they arrive to pick up their orders, providing excellent and friendly service. • Utilize our digital inventory system via a large-format smartphone to track, pull, and manage orders. (We will fully train you on our specific app). • Use hand dollies and pallet jacks to move product throughout the warehouse. • Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload heavy inventory. (Note: Prior experience is not required, but you must be willing to be trained on how to use them).

Qualifications & Requirements • Must be generally proficient and comfortable using a smartphone/mobile device. • A positive, collaborative attitude is an absolute must. • Must be eager and willing to be trained on sit-down and stand-up forklifts. • Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods as required in a standard warehouse environment.
