Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mason specializing in brick and block work to join our construction team. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who can not only perform high-quality masonry work but also confidently run job sites, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Lay brick, block, stone, pavers and other masonry materials with precision and efficiency

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

Lead and manage crews on job sites

Coordinate daily job schedules and workflow

Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations

Maintain organized and clean job sites

Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients

Oversee material usage and job progress

Qualifications:

Proven experience in most aspects of commercial, industrial, and residential masonry

Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans

Demonstrated experience running jobs and managing crews

Solid understanding of construction scheduling and workflow

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Phone/Tablet/Computer skills

Ability to work independently without management
