Role and Responsibilities of Material Control Specialist:
As a Material Control Specialist, it is your duty to supervise the material flow and execute important warehouse tasks efficiently while ensuring safety measures are adhered to. Operating material handling equipment and systems is crucial for ensuring the precise and timely completion of all processes. • Follow documented processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency • Manage the physical transportation of materials and supervision of inventory flow within departments • Conclude SAP activities correctly by employing the right personal protective measures and appropriate material handling machinery • Package end products in alignment with visual work instructions and regulations • Oversee the transportation and delivery of materials, ensuring that all transactional procedures are carried out with precision
Required Skills and Experience of Material Control Specialist: • Attaining a high school diploma or a GED indicates the successful fulfillment of requirements for secondary education certification • Practical experience with MS Office applications is highly beneficial • Capability to work independently and display proficiency in problem-solving abilities • Being highly attentive to particulars and having the capability to engage in cooperative teamwork • Quick to pick up on unfamiliar IT systems and warehouse technologies
