This Is Not a Typical BCBA Role

Important Startup Phase (Transparency & Opportunity)

To allow the clinic to open efficiently, the initial 60–120 days will include billing under your individual credentialing while group contracts are finalized.

• This is a temporary, structured phase

• Additional compensation is provided

• Full transition to group billing will follow

Position Overview

This role begins part-time and transitions into a full-time Clinical Director position as the clinic grows.

You will lead in:

• Establishing clinical quality and consistency

• Supervising and developing RBT staff

• Supporting client outcomes and family engagement

• Building scalable systems for growth

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs

• Provide parent training

• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance

• Support billing under individual credential (temporary startup phase)

• Assist in building and refining clinic systems

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required)

• Strong experience in ABA therapy and supervision

• Ability to operate in a startup environment

• Leadership mindset with interest in growth
