Job Title: Warehouse / Assembly Associate Location: Richardson Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday 6AM to 2:30PM (Overtime as needed, up to 12-hour shifts)

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable Warehouse / Assembly Associate to assemble outdoor shading products, including motorized patio shades and awnings. This role involves working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities: • Read job orders and assemble products according to specifications • Use power tools and measuring tools accurately • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Requirements: • Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift • Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment • Ability to read and understand basic English • Must be able to read and use a tape measure (up to 1/16”) • Reliable transportation • Must pass a background check (no pending charges within the last 10 years)
