Now Hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Duluth, GA. Contract to Hire - $24-26/hour
Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 5:00 - fully in office - MUST have recent SAP experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Act as liaison for customer inquiries and product/service information • Respond to client issues and maintain a healthy business relationship • Support sales team with lead generation and CRM activities • Follow up on warm leads via email and phone • Maintain and update customer records in CRM (including A9 system) • Perform all order entry functions, including: pricing and terms verification, order entry and confirmations, new customer setup, quotation management • Communicate with customers via phone/email about: pricing, availability, product info, shipping status, lead times, and more • Coordinate with shipping, supply, and purchasing teams • Follow up on customer repairs and credit return requests • Create “Tickets” for Product Specialists and Application Support
Qualifications: • 2-4 years of customer service experience • Strong organizational and time management skills • SAP required • MS Office Suite • High energy with a friendly demeanor
