Job Description
In this role, you will: • Lead the drafting, review, and timely submission of quarterly and annual SEC filings, earnings materials, and related disclosures • Analyze quarterly and year-to-date fluctuations in income and balance sheet accounts for consideration in earnings releases • Coordinate with external auditors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to support financial reporting and disclosure requirements • Research new accounting and disclosure requirements, drafting technical memos as needed • Support the preparation of earnings releases, investor presentations, and other public disclosures • Participate in ad hoc financial projects and systems improvement
We are looking for people who: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA designation • 8+ years of related accounting/finance experience • Public accounting experience and, ideally, in-house reporting experience • In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and SOX 404 requirements • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytic skills • Detail oriented • Experience with Workiva, ActiveDisclosure, or similar SEC filing tools.
