Lexington, KY (Hybrid Opportunity)

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our growing legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this newly created position offers the opportunity to support high-profile commercial development projects and real estate transactions throughout their full lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities • :Manage commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing and post-closing activities • .Coordinate and review due diligence materials, title and survey matters, and closing documentation • .Prepare and revise simple legal documents, including amendments and transactional documents • .Support acquisition, development, financing, and disposition transactions • .Oversee lease administration for the company's commercial portfolio, working closely with tenants, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders • .Maintain transaction files and ensure all closing requirements and deadlines are met

.Qualifications • :3–5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience • .Experience handling commercial transactions from inception through closing • .Strong background in due diligence, title review, closing coordination, and transaction management • .Ability to independently manage multiple transactions and priorities • .Experience from a mid-sized or large law firm strongly preferred • .Residential real estate experience alone will not be considered
