We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a Contract position suited for someone who communicates clearly, manages routine administrative work with accuracy, and helps maintain a welcoming and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling front-desk activity, coordinating office tasks, and keeping records up to date in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide courteous assistance to callers and visitors.• Perform a range of office support duties to keep daily administrative activities organized and running smoothly.• Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.• Support reception coverage by greeting guests, handling front-desk communications, and maintaining a detail-focused office presence.• Assist with document preparation, filing, scheduling, and other clerical tasks as needed by the team.• Coordinate routine administrative processes related to office operations and internal support functions.• Help organize banking-related administrative activities by following established procedures and documentation standards.
