This opportunity is well suited for a legal team member with strong attention to detail who can help attorneys manage litigation matters from early case development through trial readiness. Responsibilities:Organize litigation files, case documents, and supporting materials to keep matters moving efficiently through each stage of the legal process.Assist attorneys with trial preparation by assembling exhibits, preparing binders, tracking deadlines, and ensuring materials are ready for hearings and court appearances.Coordinate witness-related logistics, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication to support testimony preparation.Support voir dire preparation by helping gather background information, organizing juror-related materials, and maintaining structured notes for the legal team.Draft, review, and format legal correspondence, filings, and case summaries with close attention to accuracy and procedural requirements.Monitor court dates and filing schedules to help maintain compliance with litigation timelines and case obligations.Conduct factual and document-based research to support case strategy, discovery efforts, and attorney preparation.
